– Front Levers, 10 seconds, 3 minute rest

– One Arem Pushups, 5 or 10 per hand during rest

– Repeat 5x

(Rest 5 minutes)

Superset 2:

– One Arm Pull-Ups, 3 reps per arm, 3 minute rest

– Pistol Squats, 5 each leg

– Repeat 5x
