5 reps, 6 seconds on 10 seconds off

5 total sets using mostly half crimp but addressing other priority grips. 

Example workout:

2-3 sets in Half Crimp 20mm

1-2 sets in Open 4 or 3F Drag 20mm

1 set Full Crimp 15mm
